All work performed by Mon Home Improvement, is based on the agreed-upon scope of work provided in writing before the project begins.
ESTIMATEs & PRICING
Estimates are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if additional work is required or condition differ from what was originally discussed.
CHANGE ORDERs
Any work requested outside the original scope must be approved in writing. Change orders may affect cost and timeline.
PAYMENTs
Payment is due as outlined in the invoice or contract. Deposits may be required for certain projects. Final payment is due upon completion.
SCHEDULING & DELAYs
Project timeline are estimates. Whether, material availability, or unforeseen conditions may cause delays. We will communicate any change promptly.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIEs
Clients must provide a workmanship warranty for the period stated in your contract. Material warranties follow manufacturer guidelines.

LIABILITY
We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing issues, hidden conditions, or work performed by others.
CANCELLATION
Either party may cancel with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of completed work and materials purchased.
